DESIGN PERMISSIONS
you may redesign my designs (including species change, changing from anthro to feral, and design edits) original design MUST be preserved in separate tab or character.
my designs may not be used for commercial use.
my designs may not be used for art directing hate to any minority, feral NSFW or otherwise zoophilic artwork.
“twin” or "family" designs may not be created from my designs.
my designs are not to be sold for more than their worth. If traded to you, my designs may be re-sold for their original worth. personal and commissioned art will add to character worth. gift art does not.
I reserve the right to legally revoke any one of my designs with or without fair compensation. compensation will always be offered first.
Do not delete my designs off of the face of the earth. I reserve the right to re-upload and re-sell them in such a case.
all transactions are final. one is not eligible for a refund unless they need the funds for an emergency or I personally need to refund.
upon completion of a custom commission, you may request me to re-make the design if it is not to your preference. In this case, I will claim ownership to the scrapped custom design and re-sell it.
ART PERMISSIONS
you may use my art for profile decoration, icons, etc. please ensure I am properly credited.
you may re-post my art with proper credit.
you may not redistribute my art as your own (e.g. selling it as a YCH, tracing, selling it).
my content is not to be used for any NFTs.
you may not steal my art in any way, shape or form (e.g. tracing, heavily referencing)
you may NOT input my art into any form of AI tool. If ordering a sketch commission, inputting it into AI to “finish” the piece will lead to an IMMEDIATE blacklist.
